The founder and Medical Director of Lara Clinic, Dr Zahirah Tarmizi or affectionately known as Dr Ira among her cherished clientele, is the driving force behind Lara Clinic. An accomplished LCP-certified aesthetic physician, she graduated MBBS from International Medical University, Bangalore, India in 2012.

She was then posted in Hospital Tuanku Jaafar, Seremban and later in Klinik Kesihatan Teluk Intan where she fondly attended pregnant mothers and children under 5 years old in the government clinic. Along the way, she developed passion in aesthetic medicine and in late 2016, she founded her own aesthetic medical practice. Fully aware of the ever-evolving landscape in the industry, she attended various training and conferences both locally and internationally to ensure she keeps up with the latest technology and techniques.
She has a special interest in aesthetic injectables and so she had learned and developed her own various techniques at performing aesthetic procedures to achieve natural-looking results. Dr. Ira is a firm believer that beauty doesn’t have a standard but instead, it needs to be customized to suit individual needs and desires without ever compromising patient’s safety. In the world where medical negligence gets into the news every now and then, she vowed to only perform safe aesthetic procedures and focus on getting the best result that she can for her patients.
Dr. Noorul earned her MBBS from Melaka Manipal Medical College (MMMC) in 2016 and began her medical career with housemanship training at Miri Hospital. She continued her service in the Emergency Department, gaining valuable experience both at Miri Hospital and later as a Resident Medical Officer at KPJ Miri Specialist Hospital.
Motivated by a deep interest in skin health and aesthetic medicine, Dr. Noorul pursued further qualifications, earning a Master of Science in Clinical Dermatology from Cardiff University and completing the Medical Aesthetic Certification (MAC) program.
In her commitment to providing the highest standard of care, she has also attended various courses and hands-on training to continually refine her skills and stay updated with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine.
Now part of the team at Lara Clinic, Dr. Noorul combines her clinical expertise and knowledge to deliver safe, personalized, and results-driven aesthetic treatments. She is committed to helping patients enhance their natural beauty with care and confidence.
Dr Isma graduated with MBBCh from Alexandria University, Egypt in 2018, paving her way for her medical journey. After completing her two-year housemanship training at Hospital Sultanah Nora Ismail, she served as a Medical Officer in the Medical department, fulfilling her mandatory government service.
During her time of practice, she developed a keen interest and passion for aesthetic medicine particularly in addressing acne and pigmentation concerns. With that burning desire to help people feel and look their best, she pursued and successfully completed the Medical Aesthetic Certification (MAC) Program to take her career path to the next level. Dr Isma is driven and dedicated to helping patients achieve radiant, youthful and most natural-looking appearance possible by using non-invasive to minimally invasive treatment.
Dr Isma believes that beauty should shine both internally and externally, as they are equally significant. She takes immense pride in delivering high-quality work and always strive for the best outcomes to all her patients.
